By entering this fishing derby, I agree to abide by all derby rules as well as all Colorado Division of Wildlife and Colorado State Parks Rules and regulations. I agree that the Derby Officials shall assume no liability for personal injury I may incur or cause, I also agree not to hold anybody associated with this derby  responsible for damage or theft of any of my personal property or equipment.
